In Season: 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Off Season: 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

A deposit of one night's rental is required to confirm a reservation; two night's deposit is required for a stay of five nights or longer. Deposits will be refunded (less 10% service charge) if cancelled at least 14 days in advance of reservation date. No refund of deposit if cancellation occurs 14 days or less prior to reservation dates.

All Charges due on arrival and check-in. Discover, Visa and MasterCard are acceptable for payment. Personal checks are not accepted. All rates for condominiums are subject to applicable state and local taxes.
